Assist with developing vision, mission and guiding principles of enterprise-wide initiatives. Develop a process roadmap and solution blueprint by leveraging the proven framework of controls and compliance, data integrity and results accuracy, system performance, and user experience and knowledge management. Provide a wide range of business and technical solutions, system integration, program management, and project implementation services.
Offer expertise in energy accounting and finance, risk management, wholesale settlement, EDI, and billing to various market participants such as utilities, retailers, wholesalers, aggregators, generators, pipeline schedulers and others. Perform current state systems analysis, process reviews, benchmarking exercises, and leadership interviews to identify solution and integration requirements. Develop solutions and integration with key systems such as CIS, MDM, Historian, Data Warehouses, and financial systems to support forecast, settlement, ISO scheduling and communication, secure web portals and others.
Perform impact assessment of regulatory and legislative developments related to renewables, changes in capacity and energy charges, and lead related process and system transformation initiatives. Develop models to calculate and submit price/quantity offers to ISO/RTOs, perform shadow settlement calculations and invoicing. Provide integration services with key systems such as AGC, DCS, SCADA, e-Tagging system (OATi) and others.
Provide variety of professional services to energy vendors such as sales enablement, industry and technology training, RFI/RFP response support, competitive analysis, and marketing material development such as brochures, white papers, product demos. Establish/enhance implementation methodology for vendors and partner with vendor’s services team in various capacities – PMO, Change Management, industry SME, technical architect, and others.
